Join Vera for an intense 8-week fitness program starting Monday, April 17th.
Class will be held every Monday & Wednesday at 9:00am. In-Person attendees will receive a free fitness class.
This program is focused on building lean muscle mass and learning the proper execution of upper and lower body exercises. We will also work on endurance and resistance.
Monday: Lower Body Focus
Wednesday: Upper Body Focus
Highly recommended (but not required)
-dumbbell sets (1-5 lbs, up to 10lbs)
