Salsa + Bachata Intro - This class is ideal for those BRAND NEW to Salsa and/or Bachata. We offer these classes every Saturday afternoon, take one or both. Learn what the craze is about Salsa and Bachata; and get a taste of these fantastic moves.
Salsa Beginner 1 - This class is perfect for those beginning Salsa, and/or have been dancing for at least 3 - 6 months. You will learn basic footwork, patterns, turns and technique. This class is all about the foundation, when you have the foundation you can build. When you build, you can move into Intermediate level and start creating your own patterns.
Salsa Intermediate - *Approved by Instructor* - This class builds upon the Beginner 1 - you must be accepted into this class by your instructor when you prove you can do: focus on the details of symmetry, spotting, spatial awareness, creating healthy resistance and developing your frame. Salsa Int. represents working on more challenging and technical aspects of the resistance moves in Salsa. We will learn many variations of Copas, Cross Body Leads and Snap Backs as well as expanding moves from Salsa Beg. Partnering: seamless transition of closed and open connection, is also explored.
Bachata Beginner - This class is perfect for those beginning Bachata, and/or have been dancing for at least 3 - 6 months. You will learn basic footwork, patterns, turns and technique. This class is all about the foundation, when you have the foundation you can build. When you build, you can move into Intermediate level and start creating your own patterns.
Sensual Bachata - This style of Bachata involves more body movement, head rolls, body rolls, sensual movement and connection between partners. We recommend that you take this style after going through Beginner Bachata classes.
Ladies Salsa Training - This class has been developed for dancers who want to move far beyond the technique and into the passion of dancing. We will address the relationships of dance, primarily the relationship of YOU and YOU and how to translate this into partnering in the most beautiful, vulnerable way - the feeling of 2. We will explore arm movements, strength building, posture, musicality and our opportunity to become an extension of the musicians' creation. We will also challenge our footwork and body movement skills by further developing the complexity of solos and adding dips and tricks. The training group may choose to audition and join one of Ladies Teams.
Ladies' Styling Class - is geared toward our Intermediate/Advanced Salsa Dancers who desire to express their femininity and creativity with styling movements using their upper body, lower body and body isolations. A strong foundation is absolutely necessary for this class.
HEELS (Wednesday) - Our Heels class teaches posture, strength and confidence to dance in heels in an inclusive, fun and safe environment. For some, dancing in heels is their favorite way to awaken their feminine side, as many a heels class will involve hip pops, sassy walks, floorography, hairography— you name it! HEELS is a blend of hip hop, chair, jazz and ballet technique. 90 minute class
HEELS CONDITIONING - A combination of strength building and flexibility - in this class we work on the foundations of what makes HEELS, HEELS. From toning and strengthening the core, back, legs and ankles; working on arm movements; drills, walks and more. This 60 minute class is great in addition to your HEELS class.
DanceFit - A combination of cardio & strength timed to the beat of popular music (Latin, Pop, Hip Hop, Reggae & more). Easy to follow moves while getting you results and pushing you to your greatest potential. This is not your ordinary aerobics class. We add strength & toning moves (squats, jumps, HITT..etc.) into the routines, making fitness FUN. All Levels Welcomed. Modifications are provided for every level.

CardioSilver (55+) - Low to Medium Intensity Aerobics with modifications provided no matter what level you are at. Moves are timed to great music from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. Increase strength, balance & overall active aging health.
