Class descriptions
Salsa / Bachata Beginner - This class is perfect for those beginning Salsa, and/or have been dancing for at least 3 - 6 months. You will learn basic footwork, patterns, turns and technique. This class is all about building your foundation and preparing you for intermediate & advanced classes. No partner needed.
Bachata Beginner / Intermediate - This class is a follow-up to our beginner bachata class. We will build upon the basic steps & patterns of that class. The moves will be compounded and the class will move at a quicker pace. Basic beginner bachata steps required. No partner needed.
Salsa Intermediate - *Instructor Approval Required*
This class builds upon our beginner salsa class. This class is fast-paced and teaches longer & more complex patterns. Skills required: leading & following simple turns, inside & outside turns, cross body lead, open break, and basic salsa footwork. No partner required.

Bachata Intermediate - *Instructor Approval Required*
This class builds even further upon our beginner/intermediate bachata class. This class is fast-paced and teaches longer & more complex patterns. Skills required: leading & following turns, hammerlocks, neckrolls, and basic bachata footwork. No partner required.

Ladies' Styling Class - This class focuses on timing, technique, body and arm movement. We practice short choreographies in both salsa & bachata. Learn how to coordinate arm styling with footwork and feel confident while dancing.

Belly Dancing - Beginner-level class focusing on Egyptian-style belly dance. Learn fundamental movements, body isolations, musicality, and fun combinations. No dance experience is necessary.
MixxedFit - A people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning. You will hear all genres of music with repetitive & easy to follow moves. Come workout & have a blast!

Body Babe - Get ready to sweat and groove in our high-energy dance fitness class! In this class, you'll learn fun and easy-to-follow dance routines set to upbeat music that will get your heart pumping and your body moving. We will lead you through a variety of dance styles, including hip-hop, salsa, jazz, and more, ensuring that you get a full-body workout while having a blast. No dance experience is required, so come join us and let loose on the dance floor while getting fit and having fun!
